Dr. Caldwell:

Dr. Caldwell began practicing in East Liverpool in 1998. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, served his residency in general dentistry at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown, OH. He holds National and Northeastern Board certification.

Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society and numerous other local and national professional organizations. He is also an active member of the dental department of East Liverpool City Hospital.

Denise Wade (Office Manager) graduated from the Ohio Valley Business College in 1998 with an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting. She holds a current dental Radiographer’s License from the Ohio State Dental Board and has been with Dr. Caldwell since August 1998.

Carol Cowan is a graduate of Dental Hygiene at Ohio State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in dental hygiene and psychology. Carol is the Program Director at Ohio Valley Business College and is CPR, National Board and Northeastern Board certified.
